How this demonstration works
For this simple series circuit, achievable throughput is the lowest of requested feed and the three stage capacities. All capacities are expressed as equivalent feed tonnes per hour; they are not the separate physical mass flows of each product stream.
Throughput = min(requested feed, crushing capacity, grinding capacity, flotation capacity).
This explains constraint switching. It does not reproduce DYNMICA’s calculation method, circuit recirculation, transient inventories or recovery and quality models. The values are illustrative, not a plant forecast.
